We, as Migros Türk T.A.Ş. chosen and started to use SmartMessage™ about three years
ago. Initially we preferred it since it provided a more practical and cost-effective
solutions than the other tools as an individual-specific e-mail sending tool and
could be integrated with our CRM systems easily; they excited us with their young
and dynamic team. As the years passed by, they haven’t disappointed us with the
efforts they spent to solve the problems encountered and added the SMS sending feature
to their product for a while ago and enriched our Customer access channels. Right
now, under our CRM policies, we are accessing 3,5 million customers on average per
month through e-mail or SMS to give our campaign announcements or other messages
and analyze the feedbacks easily with SmartMessage™.
